Baidu displays paid results vastly differently than Google
Baidu displays results differently than Google, ranking search listings according to amounts
paid, and mixing paid search results with generic listings. A recent study also raised
concerns over Baidu's attitude towards the serious issue of click fraud. Overall,
Baidu advertisers believe that as much as 34 percent of all clicks on Baidu's paid
links are fraudulent.

Let's take a look into Ask.com's new revamp of its search engine
Ask.com's recent revamp tries to infuse more fun into the search process, something that at
least in theory could lead to users spending more time searching through the site. Results
pages all look different, Ask said, thanks to a process it calls "morph" in which results
are presented based on what the search engine thinks a user is seeking.

Google and SalesForce working together to help search advertisers
When visitors and potential customers click through to the businesses' site, Google sends
a message to Salesforce and identifies which specific keywords and search terms were used
in the search query, and where visitors went throughout the site. Overall, the technology
behind the SalesForce side of the deal comes from Kieden, a company that SalesForce
acquired in 2006.
