Online shoppers getting ready for the biggest eCommerce shopping day of the year
More than half of the Shop.com respondents plan to buy gifts for three to 10 people,
and about 40 percent have more than 10 people on their holiday lists. Almost 50 percent
said they would spend more than $35 per gift, and 20 percent said they would plunk down
over $75 per gift.

Lawsuit launched against Google after its YouTube acquisition
Lawsuits against Web search, News and Book Search have been reported previously, but not
Google Video litigation. Google representatives didn't return an email seeking additional
comments on the lawsuit.
